Consmos Group Corporate Culture Training Successfully Held

To help new employees deeply understand the company's cultural philosophy, guide veteran employees to rekindle their initial aspirations, and enhance the cultural identity and team cohesion of all employees, Consmos Group successfully held a special training session on corporate culture interpretation on March 4th. All new members of Yonghong participated in this event. The training was personally led by the Chairman, and recently hired new employees, colleagues from the Quality Inspection Center, and employees of Yonghong International participated, embarking on a journey of cultural immersion.

Icebreaking Exchange: New and Veteran Employees Join Hands to Integrate into the Team


  During the icebreaking session, new and veteran employees took turns introducing themselves, focusing on their respective roles and core responsibilities. New employees recounted their growth and achievements since joining Mingtuo, expressing their strong agreement with the company's development philosophy and sharing their aspirations for the future. Veteran employees, on the other hand, shared stories of their experiences growing and progressing alongside the company. The atmosphere was relaxed and enthusiastic, not only providing everyone with a comprehensive understanding of the job responsibilities of various positions within the company, laying a solid foundation for future cross-functional collaboration and efficient work, but also bringing new and veteran employees closer together, fostering a united and collaborative team spirit.

  In-depth interpretation: Culture shapes the soul and clarifies the direction. The core training session featured the chairman's in-depth interpretation of the company culture. He used the group's 16-year development history as a framework, from its establishment in Linyi in 2010 to the construction of an intelligent production base and the building of a global trade network covering more than 130 countries and regions. From obtaining more than 20 qualifications such as AEO advanced certification and national high-tech enterprise, to launching the "10 billion yuan target, 100-year enterprise, 100 business units" strategy and implementing the integrated layout of "R&D + production + trade", he vividly told the story of Mingtuo's struggle in the building materials industry

  The chairman provided a detailed explanation of the brand philosophy, core values, the "Three Hundred Visions," and the "Four Thousand Spirits," deeply integrating cultural concepts with corporate development practices and daily work scenarios.
